{"id":263,"date":"2014-04-05T11:14:13","date_gmt":"2014-04-05T15:14:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bobsown.net\/?p=263"},"modified":"2014-04-05T11:14:13","modified_gmt":"2014-04-05T15:14:13","slug":"much-work-done-on-the-truck","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bobsown.net\/?p=263","title":{"rendered":"Much work done on the truck"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve named the truck Yellow Dog Dingo because it leaves a marker every where it goes.\u00a0 (If you&#8217;ve ever had a vintage car\/truck, you know what I mean.)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bobsown.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/DSC_1882.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-254\" alt=\"DSC_1882\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bobsown.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/DSC_1882.jpg\" width=\"432\" height=\"289\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>As you can see from the picture, I&#8217;ve added a tool box to the left side.\u00a0 The parts shop asked $60 for installation.\u00a0 It took them 3 hours to do it.\u00a0 They didn&#8217;t make any money on that one.<\/p>\n<p>A neighbor helped me to re-do the brakes, new wheel cylinders and springs mostly.\u00a0 We also replaced the tie rod ends and drag link.\u00a0 They were so loose that he was afraid that they would fall off.<\/p>\n<p>So far I&#8217;ve driven it down to Fort Lauderdale several times and it&#8217;s working great.\u00a0 Still a little noisy.
